Too difficult to get on !!!

Purchased these boots because of the side zippers and supposed waterproof capabilities. They are great looking and might even be well made, but I really can't say for sure since I was not able to get them on and wear them. Fully unzipped, I wasn't able to open the shaft wide enough to allow me to put my feet into them. Seems that unless one has very narrow and/or extremely flexible feet and ankles, they might be very difficult to get on.
